Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and develop budgets to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and inventory management
  • Recruit and train new staff members
  • Supervise staff and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic security clearance and criminal record check
