Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation Services

Job Summary:
The Physiotherapist will plan and conduct assessment and treatment services for assigned residents in accordance with diagnosis and the overall plan of care, and the stated objectives of the service.
The Physiotherapist will work in conjunction with the Occupational Therapist, Nursing Services, Recreation Programs and other caregivers to promote the Mission of the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessment and treatment services for assigned residents.
- Work in conjunction with other caregivers to promote quality care and a loving environment.
- Support the care values of the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate.
Requirements:
- Eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
- Licensed member of the Association of Physiotherapists of Manitoba.
- Ability to speak Ukrainian or Polish an asset.
- Computer skills an asset.
- Good mental and physical health and good attendance to meet the requirements of the position.
Security Clearance:
A current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check is required as a condition of employment.
A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
