The Physiotherapist is responsible for providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and programs to support the health and well-being of clients. This role requires collaboration with Rehabilitation Services personnel and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments and programs to promote client recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Current active registration and licensure with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba.
  • Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is recommended.
  • Experience in extended care rehabilitation is essential.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Travel between sites may be required.
  • Assignment and hours of work are subject to change at any time as per operational requirements.
