Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the delivery of a great guest experience, and achieving goals and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing, scheduling, training, and controlling kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Develop and implement marketing, advertising, public, and community relations programs to attract guests.
  • Enhance the guest and team member experience, focusing on achieving goals and budget expectations.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a casual dining restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
