Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our casual dining restaurant in Fredericton. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the delivery of a great guest experience, and achieving goals and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement marketing, advertising, public, and community relations programs to attract guests.
- Enhance the guest and team member experience by providing excellent customer service and creating a positive work environment.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a casual dining restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
