About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with recent palliative care experience to take on a leadership role within our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience in palliative care nursing, or a combination of two years of medical/surgical nursing experience.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex health needs;
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams;
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions;
- Maintain current knowledge of best practices in palliative care and stay up-to-date with relevant research and developments.
A graduate degree in nursing and active participation in professional associations are highly desirable.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $83,500 - $104,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
