Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Patient Care Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and ensure infection control
  • Conduct specimen collection and monitor nutritional intake
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative personal and comfort care
  • Monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy
  • Provide nursing services to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures

Requirements:

  • CPR Certificate
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
