Produce Department Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Produce Department Manager at Federated Co-operatives Limited, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks within the Produce department. This includes achieving budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory, as well as executing sales strategies that support the company's vision.
Department Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations in the Produce department to maintain excellent customer experience.
- Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery, and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate the department team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.
Requirements:
- You have previous Retail Produce experience.
- Retail Team Leadership experience would be an asset.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
- You have exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- You have strong time management and organizational skills.
- You are honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
