Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Terraceview Lodge. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and services
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
