Delpath is seeking an IT Process Improvement Analyst to join our IT Service Management team in Toronto. This 6-month contract position offers the possibility of extension or conversion to FTE.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our IT processes and implementing necessary tooling. You will work closely with business stakeholders, platform teams, and CIO areas to identify and document process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Training and governance
  • Process analysis and ownership
  • Reviewing KPIs and metrics and creating improvement plans
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Reporting and analytics design

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience as an analyst, preferably in a technical domain such as software development or operations. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of ITSM disciplines and frameworks like ITIL is considered an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible work arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
