This is an in-office position based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, where you will work directly with our executive team to support and manage office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned by the executive team.
- HR Functions: Assist in HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
