Claims Resolution Specialist

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Auto Claims Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their claims in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their claims.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim resolution.
- Document all customer interactions and claims information in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Consult and interpret various documents and data to ensure accurate claim resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or experience.
- At least 6 months experience in a call center environment.
- Bilingualism is required.
- Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering exceptional results.
- Comfortable with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly.
