- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Temporary work term.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
