About the Role

We are seeking an experienced High-Level Administrative Professional to join our team at ONTARIO INC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Conference Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking opportunities within the organization.
  • HR Department Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals, including reviewing HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Daily Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise other workers, train staff, and establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Office Administration: Open and distribute mail and other materials, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and maintain digital databases.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Social Media, MS Office, Google Drive, Electronic mail, Ability to work independently, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks.

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
