- A minimum of 2 years' experience in building operations, property management, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- The ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods
