Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Baskin Robbins. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Provide customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 employees and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that expenses are kept to a minimum.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and that employees are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
