iGuard360°, a renowned security provider, seeks experienced professionals to assume critical roles as Mobile Patrol Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard company assets by ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to guarantee compliance with uniform standards, training requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Respond effectively to critical incidents, providing guidance to security personnel while coordinating with emergency services as needed.
  • Inspect client facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Promote seamless communication between the Operations Centre and field teams, facilitating timely incident responses.
  • Enforce client rules, Trespass to Property Act, and parking regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily occurrences and incidents, incorporating body camera footage where applicable.
  • Represent iGuard360° in a professional manner, embodying management's presence on-site.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the security industry.
  • 1-2+ years of supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License, G driver's license, and Clean Driver's Abstract are essential.
  • Candidates must be at least 25 years old to meet insurance requirements.
