About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Courier Driver to join our team at Express Parcel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, as well as operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Pick-up: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including preparing, packaging, and restocking goods, as well as recording trip information and vehicle mileage.
  • Transportation and Travel: Ensure compliance with all transportation and travel regulations, including valid driver's licenses and vehicle inspections.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a clean driving record, undergo regular drug tests, and adhere to all security and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role, requiring the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work overtime required.
