- Vehicle Operation: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing, packaging, and restocking goods, as well as recording trip information and performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
- Transportation and Travel: Transport and handle dangerous goods, load and unload goods, sort packages for delivery, and follow directions and read maps to ensure efficient delivery routes.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Security and Safety: A criminal record check, bondability, and a drug test are required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, physically demanding tasks, and handling heavy loads.
