We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Blue Water Gourmet Catering Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing menus for special events and daily operations. This includes coordinating with clients, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

- Manage kitchen staff, including training and supervision
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Organize buffets and banquets
- Manage kitchen operations
