Job Title: Finance Director

At American Tall, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the President and CEO to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial parties, including banks, investors, and auditors.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
  • Expertise in ERP implementation and digital financial systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.
