Job Title: Finance Vice-President

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals to ensure the organization has the necessary skills and expertise to achieve its financial goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior financial role.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
