Job Title: Finance Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Vice-President to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary

The Finance Vice-President will be responsible for leading our financial operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, and providing financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the successful execution of financial operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills.
