We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Programmatic Activation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our programmatic media team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient programmatic strategies to deliver business results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and recommend campaign strategies to drive business outcomes
- Configure and optimize programmatic campaigns in DSPs
- Ensure best practices and brand safety standards are followed
- Design and implement audience targeting strategies
- Recommend and implement site tagging solutions
- Manage campaign delivery, pacing, and budget
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign activity
- Troubleshoot delivery, measurement, and performance issues
- Reconcile billing and ensure accurate financial reporting
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and industry trends. You should have a logical thinking process, a focus on campaign outcomes, and excellent communication skills. As a team player, you should be able to work independently and execute tasks without mistakes in a deadline-driven environment.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year experience in programmatic media management
- Good knowledge of planning strategy, digital buying best practices, optimization, measurement, and insight analysis
- Familiarity with self-serve buying platforms such as DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, and Amazon Ads
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Office suite fluency, including MS Excel pivot tables and SharePoint
