Executive Support Specialist

OlympicConstruction Ltd is a leading construction company that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join its team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionThe Executive Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the management team, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages, responding to employee questions and complaints, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
You must also be flexible, organized, and a team player with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
