About the Role: As a Mortgage Funding Administrator at Canada ICI Capital Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of commercial mortgage transactions. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with brokers, borrowers, and investors to ensure all pre-funding items have been received and satisfied prior to advancing funds.
- Review and instruct third-party partners, including insurance consultants, solicitors, and quantity surveyors.
- Coordinate closing processes with investors, ensuring all requirements are met and approval is received.
- Maintain funding status on our database system and perform post-funding reviews to resolve open issues.
Requirements:
- A Post-secondary diploma in Business, Office Administration or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience providing excellent customer service.
- Able to maintain a low error rate under high work volume and short deadlines.
