Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Hillside Mountain Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other workers, training staff, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Manage contracts and agreements with employees and external partners.
- Provide customer service and respond to employee inquiries and complaints.
- Recruit and hire workers and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment:
The Human Resources Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, be flexible, and have a strong attention to detail.
