About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Partner/Director to lead our store operations and drive business growth. As a Partner/Director, you will be responsible for managing and working closely with Store Managers to improve store efficiency, maintain high standards of quality, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and work closely with Store Managers to improve store efficiency and maintain high standards of quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including digital marketing and sales initiatives.
- Manage the new hire process and implement measures to retain existing employees and reduce turnover.
- Review operations and manage Store Managers to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and multichannel revenue attribution modeling.
- Develop and implement a Canadian Digital adoption plan to drive business growth.
- Engage with the Franchisor to expand the business.
- Enhance and expand menu items to increase sales.
- Bring in more corporate clients with catering orders.
- Work closely with vendors and review contracts to ensure terms and conditions are met.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
- University degree or college diploma in business administration, finance, or digital marketing and marketing management.
- At least 1 year of experience managing a small business.
- Investment of at least $50,000 in the business.
- Experience in digital marketing is essential.
- Sales forecasting experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
- Experience with implementing data-driven marketing strategies, marketing automation tools, and managing the marketing mix.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, innovative thinking, and creativity.
