We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at CBH Banff Enterprises Ltd. As the key culinary leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food preparation process, ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency of our dishes.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that align with our company's culinary vision
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to achieve high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations
