Methods Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Methods Specialist to join our team at Expleo. As a Methods Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective manufacture of aircraft components.
Key Responsibilities- Validate and Correct Assembly Specifications: Review and validate assembly specifications and manufacturing routines to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Interpret Engineering Documents: Interpret drawings and other documents from the engineering department to ensure a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process.
- Establish Assembly and Manufacturing Strategies: Develop and implement assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components, ensuring the required geometric tolerancing.
- Harmonize Engineering Changes: Collaborate with engineering, materials logistics, quality, and production departments to harmonize the implementation of engineering changes and assembly strategies.
- Participate in Production Support: Actively participate in production support by coordinating the resolution of technical problems with other support departments.
- Improve Assembly and Manufacturing Strategies: Continuously look for ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies, and participate in research and development projects.
- Education: A college or university diploma in mechanical, avionics, electrical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering, or a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading technical drawings and possessing good 3D visualization and analytical skills.
- Soft Skills: Logical and mechanically minded, with excellent team player skills and a reputation for perseverance and sound judgment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written French and having a good knowledge of English.
