About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Methods Agent Sr to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our production operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the production team in resolving challenges and issues related to composite parts and metal bonding.
  • Investigate and resolve problems related to methods and engineering documentation.
  • Develop and implement corrective measures to prevent future production line shutdowns.
  • Participate in the development and integration of new parts, providing technical expertise and leadership.
  • Review and create assembly notebooks, write and display action files as needed.
  • Ensure that there is a person in charge and an action plan in place for all problems identified.
Requirements
  • College diploma in aeronautics or a related field.
  • Five years of experience as a methods agent or in a related field.
  • Relevant experience supporting production operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SAP software.
  • Knowledge of Catia V5 is an asset.
  • Fluency in French and English.
