Job Summary

As a key member of the SE Health team, the Administrative Services Director will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to achieve operational objectives, meet service delivery targets, and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and SDC management to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Provide direct supervision to administrative staff and ensure effective team performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve service standards and financial targets
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to drive operational excellence
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of operational management principles and experience in a similar role are essential.
