Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team at Budds' BMW. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including contract preparation, time clock enrollment, and new hire package completion.
- Manage time and attendance tracking and approval.
- Set up and track Health and Safety training.
- Enter journal entries into our data management system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee HR records.
- Track employee license renewals.
- Prepare and distribute all HR-related documents.
- Assist in HR projects, including AODA compliance, training initiatives, and policy updates.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Organized and accountable, with a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position, requiring a five-day workweek in our office.
