Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team at Budds' BMW. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including contract preparation, time clock enrollment, and new hire package completion.
  • Manage time and attendance tracking and approval.
  • Set up and track Health and Safety training.
  • Enter journal entries into our data management system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee HR records.
  • Track employee license renewals.
  • Prepare and distribute all HR-related documents.
  • Assist in HR projects, including AODA compliance, training initiatives, and policy updates.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Organized and accountable, with a strong attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position, requiring a five-day workweek in our office.
