Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our hiring and orientation process, sourcing qualified candidates, and applying advanced interviewing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with hiring managers and HR to discuss hiring needs and formulate strategies.
  • Design and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Source qualified candidates through job sites, databases, and networking.
  • Establish connections with professional groups, communities, and other organizations.
  • Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
  • Help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods.
  • Advise hiring managers to make better hiring decisions.
  • Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including coordinating the orientation process.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or certificate in HR Management or Business Administration.
  • Proven success as a recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle.
  • Work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High degree of flexibility to adapt to and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • High standards of integrity, energy level, and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of applicable legislation and its applications.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent attention to details, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and HRIS systems.

  • Competitive pay rate of $25/hour.

  • Day shift position, Monday to Friday, 8-4:30.
