  • Content Creation: Develop and adapt training content to meet the specific needs of our clients in the Precision Ag industry.
  • Training Coordination: Collaborate with our Training Coordinator to schedule and deliver training sessions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of John Deere and short-line products, including technical manuals, equipment setup, and operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Create short- and long-term training goals that align with our business objectives and drive business growth.
  • Employee Development: Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing growth and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and employees.
  • Adult Learning: Facilitate adult learning programs and possess strong presentation skills to engage and motivate learners.
  • Technical Skills: Have experience diagnosing and repairing basic electrical products and analyzing and interpreting data and reports.
  • Agriculture Experience: Possess extensive experience in an agriculture-related role, with a preference for dealership Service or Precision Ag experience.
  • Regional Knowledge: Have knowledge of farm and agriculture systems in the region and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours, including extensive travel, and possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Education and Certifications: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an Agriculture, Business, or Engineering degree.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in using desktop and internet applications to support training delivery and administration.
