Job Title: Intelligence Solutions Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to lead our Intelligence Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, managing the Training Coordinator role, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training modules to employees and customers, focusing on Precision Ag solutions.
  • Create and adapt content to meet the needs of our clients in Saskatchewan.
  • Organize equipment and resources to facilitate effective training.
  • Develop strategic short and long-term training goals, aligning with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to schedule and manage training sessions.
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing employee growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical manuals, equipment setup, and operations for John Deere and short-line products.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in facilitating adult learning programs and strong presentation skills.
  • Technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing basic electrical products.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and reports.
  • Extensive experience in an agriculture-related role, with a preference for dealership Service or Precision Ag.
  • Knowledge of farm and agriculture systems in the region.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including travel, and a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an Agriculture, Business, or Engineering degree.
  • Proficiency in using desktop and internet applications.
