Job Title: Industrial Automation Project Manager Lead

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Pamensky is a dynamic company in the industrial automation sector, seeking an experienced project manager to lead our team. As an Automation Project Manager Lead, you will oversee complex projects, manage stakeholders, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Liaise with senior management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication.

Hands-On Contribution:

  • Participate in the development, implementation, and deployment of automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to manage ongoing projects and ensure successful deployment.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings and process improvements.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to address challenges and changes.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track and report on project metrics and milestones.

Additional Technical Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and sales staff.
  • Process customer and supplier orders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum post-secondary education.
  • At least 4 years of project management experience in industrial automation.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
