About the Role

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Richmond Project Management Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical expertise in financial and technical review, evaluation, and maintenance of project documentation, project management tools, and executive reports.
  • Perform analysis on and documentation of projects initiated by the organization to ensure alignment with organizational and departmental objectives.
  • Support Vancouver Coastal Health by maintaining a supportive and mutually beneficial working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams and end-user departments on capital and operational projects.
  • Gather information and evaluate interdependencies and associated risks to projects and the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum three years' recent experience in financial analysis and planning in a large, complex service organization.
  • Experience in financial analysis, project planning/management, and technical expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
  • General knowledge of project lifecycle and reporting.
  • Comprehensive technical expertise, project/process management, financial analytical skills, and business acumen.
