Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Tony's Touch Plumbing Inc.

Job Summary:

The Administration Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Reliability, integrity, and a team player attitude.
