About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Phoenix Labs. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our audience and their behaviors, inform our strategic direction, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze complex data to gain insights into our audience's needs and wants.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze financial indicators and provide data-driven insights to support revenue forecast exercises.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in a related field, such as data science or business analytics.
  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with data governance and security best practices.
