Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy implementation and effective management of the agency and all its programs.
  • Human resource management, including hiring, supervision, evaluations, disciplinary actions, dismissals, and professional development.
  • Negotiation of funding contracts and preparation of funding proposals for new programs.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in a social science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least five years of work experience in a social service delivery setting with high managerial skills.
