Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to manage the non-clinical elements of our orientation program. The successful candidate will oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training sessions that foster a positive learning environment.
  • Organize and manage logistics for orientation days, including room setup and necessary meeting supplies.
  • Monitor and evaluate overall satisfaction rates through surveys.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to communicate program results.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in service coordination, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field is preferred.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability in training approaches and delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating education programs or orientations, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
