- Skills: Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs. Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions, including AWS and Azure. Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, including VMware and Hyper-V. Experience with disaster recovery solutions and security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Professional Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP.
- Linux Experience: Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages, such as Bash and Python.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
