Job Title: Guest Services Agent

Vintage Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, handling all necessary paperwork and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Information Provision: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring our hotel is always fully booked and our guests are satisfied.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of our guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Setting: Hospitality industry, specifically in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.
