Job Description
As an Administrative Team Lead at ScotiaMcLeod, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of the branch by ensuring exceptional client service through efficient operations and administrative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a strong and positive team environment, promoting employee empowerment and engagement
- Effectively manage all administrative aspects of branch operations
- Oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance management of support staff in the branch
- Manage transactional banking functions
- Demonstrate high levels of internal and external client service
- Adhere to compliance and audit requirements, maintaining branch profitability
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in the securities industry, team management, and be duly registered as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional client service skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
