Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise a team of installers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
  2. Collaborate with project managers to determine installation requirements and timelines
  3. Oversee the installation process, including equipment setup and maintenance
  4. Train and mentor new installers, providing guidance and support as needed
  5. Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities, including equipment inventory and service records
  7. Work closely with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the installation process

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of installation processes and procedures
  3. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics
  4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions
  6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors
  7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,400 ($30.00 per hour x 40-50 hours/week x 52 weeks/year). In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
