Job Summary

The Senior Security Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of security personnel, ensuring the smooth operation of security equipment and machinery, and coordinating activities with other departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Work: Oversee the scheduling of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations and provide guidance and support to security personnel.
  • Co-ordination: Coordinate activities with other departments, including air traffic control, airport operations, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of security equipment and machinery.
  • Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, incidents, and trends.
Requirements
  • Security Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in security management or a related field.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Security Guard License.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to noise and outdoor conditions. The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
