Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule events, programs and activities: You will be responsible for planning and scheduling events, programs, and activities to ensure that they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Schedule work: You will also be responsible for scheduling work for the security team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations: As the Security Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for handling emergency situations, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments: You will work closely with other departments to ensure that activities are coordinated and aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare and submit progress and other reports: You will be responsible for preparing and submitting regular progress reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality: You will work with staff to resolve any issues that may arise, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers: You will supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the security team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies: You will provide training to staff on their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
