Job Title: Business Development Officer

Central Commercial Realty is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies to support business growth and development.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Program Administration: Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, including planning development projects and providing advice on procedures and requirements for government approval.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences, as well as develop social and economic profiles of areas to encourage investment.
  • Marketing Strategies: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products and prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts.
  • Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations, including conducting analytical marketing studies and evaluating commercial or industrial development proposals.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans, including ensuring appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
