About the Role:

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our Employee Experience Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to drive successful organizational change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to ensure effective communication and engagement with employees throughout the change process.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to change.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/College Diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Adult Education, or Change Management.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development or a similar role within a large organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
